I am grateful to be here this evening. I have many things planned for you, but first I would like
you to focus on the sphere of pink that I have established in the center of our circle. It is hovering
at about four feet, and it is spinning in all directions. And now it comes to stillness so you can
focus on opening your heart center and allow it to assist you. Why "it?" What is "it?" It is simply
part of my energy. Why am I using this technique? I have no answer to that question. Part of the awareness that I wish to share with you this evening is letting go of understanding. Letting go of the why and the how and the what so much. When you do, you will begin to see and feel and sense and hear even more. You will begin to expand even more. And so now perhaps there is a beam of this - this Light/Love vibration between you and the sphere. We may all connect to it now. What is the sphere? It is part of me. It is part of me that I have brought into your third dimensional space so that you may use it as a tool. But it is nothing new, nothing foreign. It is that which you already have inside yourself. I cannot give you anything you do not already have. I can only help you to remember, to accept, and to awaken to it. What is it? It is pure Love. The creative force. The feminine aspect of the creative force of the Universe - pure Love vibration.

But what of Light? Light is the masculine aspect of the creative force. We work together to create everything. But it seems that it is separate now, in this moment. Why do I present it to you as a separate force? Because we are in duality, and there is plenty of the masculine force here - positive and negative forms of it. This information is probably not new to you. So many ways that I/we/all of the aspects of my Self (I am as aspect of the "Goddess" as you call it - the feminine creative force) - we are devising all of the methods that we can think of to infuse more of this Divine feminine/Love vibration into your space, into your mental bodies, into your emotional bodies, into your physical bodies, into your material world. The material world on the surface - primarily on the surface of the planet, because your planet itself possesses the feminine energy, of course. Yet so much of it is shrouded with the material: buildings and roadways and things after things after things...plastic, which is such a low vibration...metal, steel, concrete......none of these things negative, but all of these things excessive. Do you feel your connection? Is it even stronger now? Does it become even stronger as I expand this sphere to produce more of its vibratory power? Again, this you can do yourself inside your heart center where your access to the unlimited pool of Love exists. How can this happen? How can it be that the relatively small space in your heart center can have access to this vast amount - unlimited amount - of power? Because it is other-dimensional - just like you are multi-dimensional. Your physical body is in the third dimension, as is your mental body and your emotional body/your astral body or your aura; and yet there is so much more beyond the third, which is not necessarily "above". Perhaps it is right here. But it is other-dimensional. I hope this is understood: two things can exist in the very same space if they are at different vibrational frequencies.

I have more techniques to share with you and some more information. Before I began to speak, you were speaking of this day [October 14, 2008] and some mysteries surrounding it. There are mysteries surrounding every day, but this one was particularly interesting. As different planetary alignments, your moon, and different energies were taking place. The people who attended the sites took part in this directly [various groups visited mound sites that day]. Does this mean that you have missed out if you did not join the group at the site? It does not. At no time is it absolutely necessary to be physically present at a site, although your experience of it may be more profound if you are. Intention alone connects you and you receive the benefits. You are all chalices. Fill yourself with the Love vibration. Allow your cup to run over ("runneth over" as you say), because there is no limit. In whatever situation you are in, use the Love vibration. When you are writing, when you are typing, when you are eating...imagine that this vibration can come out of your heart center into your food, and as you eat the food, you are recirculating this Love vibration, nourishing yourself. As you write, imagine that this energy - this unlimited creative force of Love which originates in your heart center - can move down your arm and into your pen or your pencil moving in onto the paper. What does this prove? It serves to bring more Love into the third dimensional space. And perhaps one day someone will read what you have written and they will benefit from that vibrational frequency. It is like you can send it - you can send it into the future. You can send it into the past. You are only limited by your own imagination with what you can do with this unlimited supply of pure Love. Remember that I do not bring it to you. I bring you only the remembrance that it is already there - available to you and unlimited. Because I have spoken that it is unlimited many times, I am assuming that you know this concept now. You must move from belief into knowing.

The truth shall set you free, but it is your truth - your experience only. Your experience only can be true. Only your experience is the truth. So many seekers of truth - reading materials, watching films, talking to people...and this is all very important, because all of these clues are pieces to your puzzle, perhaps, in finding your truth. My recommendation is that you always search for your truth. Your search will never end as long as you are in a human form. Things are always changing, always shifting. What is true today may not be true tomorrow. Always searching…but where do you search? You could make a list and decide to search in certain places, or you could allow your inner guidance to guide you: where to search, or when, or what...or perhaps there is no where, there is no what, there is no when. Because it is all inside. But I do not mean that it is inside and that you need to do something in particular. It is that you need to make the connection. That is all that is needed. This place within your heart that allows you access. This doorway to the unlimited source of pure Love...and Light, if you wish. Light is also unlimited. So this doorway is your connection, is your "service provider" so to speak. There is no "dial-up." You are online all the time. You simply need to turn on, or open the door. Does anyone have a question about this? Perhaps your question is how to open the door. I cannot tell you. Only you know what that means to you - your truth.

So much is written and spoken about my aspect of the Divine Feminine as though my aspect is someone to be idolized or prayed to...and I hear many prayers - billions each day. Are you wondering if I answer them? Of course I do. Some of you are practitioners, and if so you understand that you must help people where they are. You must help them within their framework/their belief system/their vibrational frequency. Because my Source is unlimited, I may certainly help billions per day from where they are. And there are others with understanding that I am no different than they. That we both have access to unlimited Source of Love and power. True power, not ego power. Love and Light. But many of you have worked with Light for so long, that you may focus on Love if you wish...or not. It makes no difference to me. I will still assist you. We will all assist you from where you are.

This symbol that has been shared*. Do you see it - its gentle curves?
Do you feel its sweet Love vibration? Do you see that it is just another tool
to help you remember? For this symbol is not energy itself, it is intention.
And because the symbol was given in the way it was given, there is powerful
Love intention behind it. But as you know, it is simply a line on a page or on
a board until it is pondered, until it is viewed. And then the intention behind it
moves into the being [person] that is observing it. Perhaps not consciously -
unconsciously at first. And perhaps that is all that is needed. When it enters
into the conscious mind, then it becomes subject to the ego's discernment,
the ego's judgments, descriptions, meanings, definitions...all of these things
that drain you of your energy. Can you just be with it without understanding?
Just as you are with a flower. It is beautiful, it has bloomed, and you need not
know all of the scientific data behind how the seed begins to grow, and all of
the steps that take pace between the seed and the bloom. You just admire
the flower perhaps connect with it, maybe communicate with it, feel its beautiful energy, and leave it at that. Do this also with sacred geometries, because if you can quiet the conscious mind in these moments, you shall receive more benefit, more understanding on the levels that matter to your Soul. And what of you, individual beautiful flowers? Perfect in your own way, growing and blossoming at the rate of speed that is just appropriate for you - just perfect. See yourself as that delicate, and yet that powerful, strong. Strong enough to stand as the flower with the large blossom at the top, and yet such a tiny stem holding it up. How is this possible? How is this possible? It is because it reaches and rejoices in every moment. It reaches for the Light - the bright Light of the sun. Petals outstretched like arms. Blissfully rejoicing that which is. Knowing that it is beautiful. Knowing that it is doing exactly what it is supposed to be doing; perfectly, effortlessly…simply allowing. These are the traits for you to have also for your spiritual evolution. Not every day you wake up and you are rejoicing, and that is OK. But if you choose to, you may experience a shift in your reality - a beautiful shift in your reality. Now all of this positive thinking and all of this deliberate creation and manifestation that everyone is speaking of…does this render you immune to chaos? Does it render you immune to negative forces? It does not. It renders you stronger. It renders you the ability to reach even farther, to reach even higher, to bloom even larger and more beautiful. Remember the larger you bloom, the more strength it takes to stand. The tiny stem with the large bloom. Think of your physical body as the stem. What gives the stem its strength? Many things: nourishment from the Earth, minerals, vitamins, energy. Nourish your body in this way. But the body is small compared to the expansion that is available to your mind and your Soul as you reach for a higher and higher vibration. As you reach for the sun - the Central Sun - the Source. Not your physical sun which gives you light; the Sun which is your Source.

[Audience question regarding clarification about Love versus Light]

Mary: The difference is that Love is associated with the Divine Feminine aspect of creation. Creation as a whole is Love and Light. And when you reach the Central Sun (I am using her [Cindy’s] terminology in her brain) when you reach this point of origin/the Source/The Source itself/the Source of all things/All That Is/Divine Creator/God...whatever you want to call it; when you reach this place you will see that they are One. But in this [third dimensional] space, there are two. In duality the understanding is that the feminine aspect is Love and the masculine aspect is Light. Creation and action. It is not that one is creation and one is action; it is that both together are both. You have both of these energies within you - as you know - as a human, and so this is why the differentiation has been made here now. But truly, if I may share my truth, they are one and the same ultimately from the point of origin. So this color of pink** - what is this about? It is a particular vibration that you can relate to with regard to this Love force, and it will help you the most to integrate it and understand it. For example, if you think about the color pink, and then you think about the color black, which one seems gentler, more loving? Part of it is to assist your mental body in its understanding. Now because you are all in physical form, I offer a transmission of the pure Love vibration, that will not only assist you on your Soul level, which is most important, but will also assist you mentally, emotionally, and physically this evening to help you release that which you are ready to let go of from the past. It will help you to release things that you are ready to let go of in the near future, it will help to smooth some of the rough edges of your energies where chaos has taken its toll; where anxiety, fear, and depression, perhaps, have affected these energies. And will help to repattern areas that are ready to be repatterned. I hope this is understood as the transmissions begin.

So what you ought to think about now...not necessarily certain memories from the past that you wish to let go of, although this is definitely appropriate...but are you aware that you can let go of things without even recognizing them, without even identifying them? So you may intend to let go of things which you no longer need for your life experience in this moment. As you know, the past does not exist…and yet it does…but you can change it. You can reframe it. Probable futures exist, yes. But you need not worry about the future. You have this moment. And that is all that you have. In this moment you may intend to let go of that which is no longer serving you - mentally, emotionally, physically. As you do, you allow yourself the opportunity to raise your vibrational frequency so that you may evolve your Soul or your Spirit. What is your purpose here? To evolve your Spirit. To return to the place of Origin/the Central Sun/the Creator. Everything else...does it get in the way? Or is it just part of your magnificent experience? It is what you perceive it to be. If you perceive chaos in your reality, then it shall be chaos, and then that is the truth. Chaos is not tangible, is it? It is a mental judgment. So what of all this 3D stuff in your reality? What is it to you? If it is unpleasant or uncomfortable, the easiest way to shift it is to shift your perception of it. And then it becomes a new truth. You spend so much time proving what is true, and yet all of it is just mental constructs of concepts that seem to - seem to - describe or prove that this thing is true. Why not simply shift your perception of it? It is your choice. You have that power. Use the Love vibration to fuel it, if you feel as though you are not strong enough. So much energy is spent with the mental faculty - so much is spent in thought - and you are "offline." You are working offline. And then you are tired, and you are drained, and you have a headache, perhaps, and then other things in your reality cause you anxiety or tension. It is no wonder – [because] you do not have the most powerful source of fuel assisting you. It is up to you to remember. Do whatever it takes to remember, to remind yourself. Tie a pink bow on your finger - that will get attention [smiles].

[Preparing for the transmissions]

Intend that you are open to receive the energy that can assist you - not that you do not already have it, remember - but it is a power boost for you. A gift for you this evening - on this "auspicious night" as you call it. Make it auspicious. What does that mean to you? Every night can be auspicious and magical and magnificent if you choose for it to be. Things happen in your reality...you can laugh instead of cry. You do not have an emotion unless you have a thought first. And you always choose your thoughts, always. And yet your magnificent brain does this so quickly that you don't even realize it. If you are in the moment, then you can become conscious of this. Perhaps you have heard this before. But until you are living it, the experience is not there. The knowing is not there.

[Mary proceeded to transmit energy through Cindy's hands into the palm chakras of each participant individually.]

[Audience question: "If we visualize the pink, does that help us to connect with you?"]

Mary: Yes. Visualize it in your heart though. You may visualize it anywhere, of course, with the intention that you are connecting with me. But I am in your heart already.

Remember also that which you have been told before, and that is that energies you receive are working on the multi-dimensions of your Self before they reach your physical body. And so if you felt little sensation in the physical body, you can be sure it is moving toward you at the rate that is appropriate for you. If you do experience sensations in your physical body at this time, or at the time of your transmission, that means you have already worked on many levels and have released many things. So does this mean that if you felt nothing in your physical body that you have much work to do or that you are not as good as others? No. You are you. Perfectly you. Perfectly here at the perfect time, doing what you are to be doing. My encouragement for you is that you choose to do it magnificently, choose to do it with joy. Many things have happened to you in your lifetime here and in your many lifetimes before here. Many things will continue to happen to you. Again (and I will use your terminology) you may choose to wear the "rose colored glasses" - the pink glasses. See everything with Love - through the filter of Love - and your perceptions will change. Remember that is a choice. Everything you think and feel is a choice. Now I do want to specify. There are feelings you get in an instant and those are intuitive impressions, guidance. The ones you feel before you have had a chance to understand why you are feeling them - intuitive impressions. You may feel them in your "gut" as you say, or in your heart...or anywhere else in your physical body in order to give you a message. The ones that are choices are the emotions - when you have had a thought and the energy is in motion. Emotions are a result of thought. Such as "I am not good enough"…and then you begin to feel depressed or bad. That is the difference between feelings and emotions. Know that you know. And know that you have the access to unlimited power, unlimited source of Love and Light.

[Audience question: "How does one that has the feeling of "I'm not good enough"..."I hate me"...how does one conquer it? They can give love but they don't receive it. How is it conquered?"]

Mary: A very good question. Probably a question for all humans. First of all to "conquer" something means that you must fight it. And this you can do, but it requires force. It requires effort. To truly overcome these emotions, these thoughts - is to be in the moment being conscious of every thought, and consciously choosing new thoughts in place of them. Now, the mind tends to want you to believe - or the ego wants you to believe - that there is no reason to choose these new thoughts. Where is the evidence that you are good enough? Where is the evidence that you can love yourself? Where is the evidence that you are not good enough? It was in the ego mind, the competitive mind - comparing the self to others. Listening to negative things that are said about you, perhaps, and choosing to believe it, when it was only THEIR truth coming from fear. Perhaps saying these things in order to feel better about themselves. This is a popular behavior among humans - speaking of the other as less than, in order to feel greater than. It is a waste of energy, and it is negative. The truth is that each human is Divine. Each human has the Divine within it - him or her. And so how could it possibly be the truth that anyone is not good enough? It is not.

Remember the flower. you are the flower. You can be the sunflower. Standing taller and taller each day, reaching...just be magnificent. Choose to know that you are magnificent. Everyone else's judgments? You do not know what their filter is. You do not know what "glasses" they are wearing. So their judgments cannot be your truth…unless, of course, they are compliments, and you may accept those. But do you need them? You don't - not if you know who you truly are: a Divine, perfect being.

[Audience question: "If people are trying to [emotionally] hurt someone close to you…and I am outside the situation and what I have chosen to do is surround the person they are trying to hurt with Love…and also send Love those who are trying to hurt them with Love."]

We can always try to put protection on a person, and yet sometimes these things are happening in their experience in order to strengthen them. It could be one of their greatest educational experiences, but this does not mean that your protective field will inhibit this experience. If the experience is to be had, it will be had, regardless of interference, positive or negative. I am not encouraging that you do not help others in situations where you see danger, but do not put the responsibility on yourself to protect one, or to change a situation for which you have no control. So you have chosen wisely, and that is my opinion.

I shall speak of more ways of using this energy. This energy which you have inside of you, which has been boosted tremendously this evening by our collective intention; our partnership, you and I. I spoke of writing, typing and food. What other ways can you think of to inject this energy into your reality? How about traffic? How about when you are running out of time? How about when you break something and it is shattered forever…this material thing...what does that mean? How do you perceive it? How can you inject Love into that situation? How about relationships – when another is operating from fear and is not as nice to you as usual - or you are not as nice to them? How can you calmly inject Love into this situation? Because it is so easy, and so programmed in your mind to shut down, to close off your doorway to the Source when these things happen. And then you become defensive, and you are operating from your ego. And you have entrained yourself to that person’s energy, and they have controlled you. If you are conscious of what is happening – and with those who are close to you, you must be ever-conscious, more conscious than usual - "on guard" so to speak. Being in every single moment, watching, waiting, so you do not fall into that trap. I am not saying that everyone close to you is going to affect you negatively. These are just examples. Are there other examples I can help with this evening – difficulties in your life, challenges?

[Audience comment: "Impatience with others, or self…or maybe a child."]

Mary: Very good. What is impatience? It is the desire to control another, the desire to control another’s behavior, which of course is ego-based thinking. It is the desire for another to be like you, sometimes. It is a desire for things to be a different way than they actually are. It is not accepting what IS. It is resisting what IS. And those are your choices – accepting or resisting. Which one feels more loving? It is accepting. Impatience with the self...

[Audience comment: "A waste of energy."]

Mary: And you answer your own question. Accepting the Self, or resisting the Self.

Judging, as you know, is an ego, local drive thinking. But judging the Self…that is even more harmful to your energy than judging another – negatively that is, of course. Accept what is. And if what is is unpleasant to you, then choose to perceive it differently. Put the "rose-colored glasses" on. Only you can put them on. I can’t put them on for you, although I have certainly tried this evening. Any other situations or examples I may help with?

[Audience comment: Talk about "practicing being in the stillness in the ‘eye of the storm’ so to speak as the storm rages around us in our current lives, and those realities that seem to swirl around us…plus the possible future realities that will be swirling around us."]

Mary: That is a perfect image. "The future is now" you have heard. You can think and ponder and worry about the future all day long, and waste a lot of your body’s energy doing this. Remember that when you are thinking, you are utilizing first your mental body’s energy, then your physical body’s energy. If you are not thinking and feeling – if you are not thinking with also your heart open, then you are using up a lot of your "local drive’s disk space." Your example was perfect: "the eye of the storm" – this is your center. Quiet, stillness, peace. Technique…? The only way to truly experience this is to choose it, and choose it so much that it becomes a new behavior. That is the only way. I do not know how it is best for you to remember to choose this. Perhaps it is a visual, like a picture that you look at every day. Perhaps it is a guided meditation that you listen to. Perhaps you have a friend call you and remind you. I do not know. Each person is unique in the way that they develop new behaviors for themselves. Again, your analogy was beautiful in that this is very similar to your reality. Everything is spinning, whirling, raging around you. And you can let it pick you up and carry you into it, or you can remain in the "eye." The Eye…or the "I." Everyone shall remember this analogy, I suspect: "the eye of the I."

So go forth into your storms, walking peacefully, calmly. Not with your eyes closed, but with your eyes full of Love. Accepting what is. It is easy for me to say that everything is Divine, but it truly is. Perhaps you do not believe this yet. You could pretend that you do for a time and see what happens. What of the future? You are creating it now with your thoughts, with you emotions…but most of all with your being-ness. How are you vibrating? That is how you are attracting your future. Vibrate with Love. The calm, peaceful, serene, powerful place of unconditional, unlimited Love.

I shall go. Thank you for allowing me to be here to speak to your minds, to speak to your hearts, to assist you on your path of evolution. May it be a magnificent one. Blessings to you all.
