Channeling Transcript

I am grateful to have the opportunity to speak to you this evening. You are all walking
pillars of Light. Remember this - even in your darkest times, in your most challenging times,
in your most frightening times - that part of your purpose here is to carry this Light. To place
it wherever you go in the physical realm. Some of you have received the message before that
it matters not what you choose to do in your third dimensional space, once you have established,
and believe, and know that you are this walking pillar of Light. But I want you to use it more,
and I will give you some techniques.

So imagine your physical body. You are aware that you have vortexes throughout your body - many more than are commonly spoken about. So you have this tube of Light coming up from the top of your head extending far into the cosmos and you have a column of Light extending down from the base of your spine into your Earth. Does everyone have this? Yes. Does everyone carry the Light as their life purpose? They do not - not everyone. But everyone has this - this column of Light. You are "pillars" of Light - more powerful than just the column. Just the column is primarily for connecting the body with the spirit - primarily...it has many functions and many dimensions...but I do not wish to confuse you. "Pillars" are larger, more powerful, and are filled with the Light/Love vibration that you speak of. And to clarify, Light and Love are nearly the same thing, and yet Love is the feminine aspect and Light is the masculine. So when you speak of Light, you speak of Light-encoded filaments in the form of information, wisdom, knowledge. When you speak of Love, you are speaking of something that has no words. Something that is inherent in every being. Something that is the part of you that is part of the Creator. So what do you do with this pillar of Light? You can imagine that it is a thicker column with a larger diameter perhaps, rather than being the typical Light column of one who is not "awake", or one who is not here with the purpose of carrying the Light. (I will speak of the word "Light" and it encompasses both Light and Love vibration.) So you may picture this column of Light as being somewhere between a five and seven inch diameter. As pillars of Light, your Light columns are ten to twelve inches in diameter. What does this mean to you as a human? It means that your crown center is open wide. It means your connection to the Earth is substantial. And so this may confuse you: "but if I am connected to the cosmos and connected to the Earth, how can this be? If I am to truly be 'enlightened', how do I make myself lighter if I am 'grounded' or connected to the Earth?" "Grounded" is a term that is used quite often in these circles, and I do not wish it to be confused with a connection to the Earth, because the spiritual connection - your pillar of Light that reaches down to the very core of your planet - is different than being "grounded" when one speaks of grounded in the third dimensional plane. Your Light column connects to the spirit of your Earth. Groundedness as it is usually spoken of, is groundedness in your society - in "reality" so to speak.

So if you are doing energy healing, your teacher may tell you to "ground" yourself. But this does not mean put yourself back into the third dimensional vibration, into society's reality. It means connect deep with your Earth's spirit. Not the dirt, the spirit of the dirt. Not the core, the spirit of the core. Not the third dimensional Earth, the multidimensional Earth. The Earth that has a consciousness. The Earth that sustains you, heals you, provides all kinds of spiritual opportunities for you in the form of ley lines, in the form of mystic vortex points, in the form of the mineral kingdom...all of these things have consciousness, are alive. Not just "matter." So you do not ground yourself in matter, you ground yourself in spirit. What else do you do with this pillar of Light without even thinking about it? Everywhere that you walk, and everywhere that you go, every person who comes in contact with it is positively affected by your carrying this Light/Love vibration. And it is not that you are simply carrying it. Everyone carries it, or they would not be a human being - they must have some of it within them. You are not just a carrier, you are a broadcaster. You are like a television tower, broadcasting this vibration in order to effect positively the collective human consciousness as well as third dimensional things on the Earth plane; because third dimensional things such as plants, animals, trees, the mineral kingdom, the elements...these things are connected with the spirit of the Earth as well. It is magnificent that a human has all the abilities that he has, or that she has. You cannot only walk on this planet, but you can choose which reality to make yours. You can choose what you do and how you are be-ing, how you are acting in this great play that you call reality. And then some choose to connect with other realms like you do, like this one is doing right now - like I am doing through her. So you see if she were grounded in the third dimensional reality, in the society, at this moment, she may have trouble - or it may be impossible for her to accomplish what she is doing. However, she can be in the third dimensional society, and has learned how to shift herself into this one, very quickly and very easily. Most humans think they must pick one. And some need to - some are destined to. But others can walk in both worlds. At the same time, that is a challenge, but not impossible. But until then, you shift back and forth when needed. The more you shift into the reality that is beyond the third dimension, the more you will want to stay there. And so you will learn in your own way. There is not one way. Your way. How to balance these individual realms. What does it mean to you to walk in the third dimension and yet be aware of the fourth, fifth, and beyond? Certainly possible.

So how do you do this yourself? "Consciousness" is what is spoken of so often. And what does this mean? Does this mean that you are psychic? Does this mean that you can read other people's minds? No. It means that you are conscious of what you are thinking and feeling and being in every moment. That is consciousness. It is not about knowing about what the other is thinking as much as it is knowing about what you are thinking. Consciousness puts us in the moment. And when you are in the moment, you can decide which reality you wish to be in now. Does this mean there is a specific table of realities? Third dimension looks like this…fourth dimension looks like this…fifth ..... no. I will tell you that the fourth dimension is one that you may wish to move beyond if you want to avoid chaos. But you are mostly in the third dimension each day as you are doing your tasks, working your jobs, trying to figure out and organize things in you life. And it is very real. And while it is real, you have the opportunity to look at it in a different way - through a different set of glasses perhaps...through a different awareness. Because you know now that you carry the Light and Love vibration. You are a pillar of this Light. So then you think "what is my purpose? What am I supposed to do with this? Am I supposed to do hands-on healing? Am I supposed to write things that people will read? Am I supposed to channel? Am I supposed to do everything that is the 'spiritual work': healing arts, helping humanity...?" (And this is what you're drawn to do - because it is part of your nature.) But do not pressure yourselves. This one [Cindy] has already heard this message for herself. Perhaps you have not heard if for yourself: choose what brings you joy in your third dimension. Because this is the reality that you primarily exist in when you are in a physical body. If spiritual work brings you joy, do that. But if it is not enough, then do something else. It makes no difference - if you are a factory worker, you are still a pillar of Light. If you are a prep cook, you still are a pillar of Light. You see? If you are a prep cook, you are imbuing Light into every single piece of food. How better could you serve humanity than feeding them - literally, directly feeding them with this Light? It needn't look like spiritual work, necessarily. Think of the way in which you can affect the collective. Perhaps you write your name on a piece of paper - you are signing a contract of some kind. Many people may touch this contract and they are affected, you see? Perhaps you are a mystery shopper, and so you are spreading Light throughout a store. Perhaps you are a taxi cab driver, spreading Light to all of the people who ride in your car. From the perspective of the spiritual world, none are more important than the other. It is your third dimensional illusion or reality - your society's reality - that puts a hierarchy on importance. So choose to believe that you are doing your spiritual work with everything that you do. What if you forget? Then you are not in the moment. You are not conscious. You are caught up in the matrix of your third dimensional society's reality - that which you call "matter." And you are taught that it matters - a lot. It does matter when you are in it. It matters very much when you are in it. Just like holding your breath matters very much when you are under water. But when you are out of the water, you can breathe freely, at will. There are certain rules you follow. But perhaps you learn to let a little of the breath out when you are under water, do things a little bit differently, because you know that you have the control over your body. Remember this: you are in control of your reality. You have heard this many times: "manifest your destiny" "create your reality." You have no idea how much control you have over this. I am not suggesting you breathe under water, but I am suggesting that you maybe swim differently, swim a different way - a new way that you have ever swam before. Maybe a different way than you were taught - one that is joyful.

I also want to speak of your heart center because yes, you are this walking pillar of Light, connecting the heavens (as you say) to the core of the Earth. You also have this beautiful heart center where your soul resides. And it is the most powerful chakra that you own. Perhaps you know this already, or perhaps you have been focusing on your third eye, or your crown, or healing the throat or something of this nature. But it is the heart that can produce the most magic for you. One [another channeled being] has shared a technique with you in which you allow your heart center’s energy in the front of your body to direct you toward decisions, toward people, toward opportunities…this energy which is moving in and out of you all of this time...it is that which you call your soul or your spirit. It wants to be free. It does not want to be confined in there. So allow it to be free, and allow it to guide you. It is like the part of your Self that is a few steps ahead of you all of the time if you allow it to be. It is almost like someone you could follow. This takes even more consciousness, more focus, because you have this – this spirit, we’ll call it.

Let’s do an exercise now. Close your eyes and focus on your heart center. Imagine it spinning in a clockwise direction (counter-clockwise to you, from your perspective) but it is open. It is an open vortex – like a tornado – like the top of a tornado. And through his opening, that which you imagine as your spirit or your soul can come out to play. It never leaves you completely, until you are deceased. But you can allow it to be free. See what this means to you, and try this technique now. Perhaps your soul comes out as a mist or a fog, little bits at a time. Perhaps it is all at once as a large sphere. Perhaps it is like another shape of your physical body stepping out of your physical body in front of you. What is it to you? Once you have set if free, allow it to pull you in a direction, just gently and not very far, and see if you can feel it pull you. In the way that you feel this pull if you do (and if you don’t, you will at some time, if you practice), you can do this with produce, you can do this with any decision that you have to make. Locate lost objects. Find new opportunities. It took only moments for you to free your spirit. In these few free moments you have each day, free your spirit and imagine that you are following it all day long. It is guiding you. Perhaps you are driving in your car, and it encourages you to turn one way or another This is a tool that is free and that is very, very powerful, and that everyone owns. You own this tool. Why leave it in the toolbox, when you can get it out every day, and it can make everything easier, and simpler, and more harmonious? Allow it to move out in front of you when you are about to say something to someone. Perhaps you are saying something that you are afraid to say, but that needs to be said. Perhaps you are saying something that you’ve been wanting to say, but have been afraid. Because when you are operating from this center, there ought to be no fear. There is no fear in the Love vibration. It cannot exist, it you are truly in the vibration. I have presented this technique in a vague manner so that you may refine it in your own way.

A fun game might be to keep track of all of the things that you have imbued with Light during your day: paperwork, desks, people, food, automobile, the meeting – the boring meeting in the conference room. What else can you do with this Light – this Love vibration? Anything you want. Make it up. You can throw balls of Light to people. You can shower to Light to people. You can connect to people with your heart center and feel who they really are. Perhaps this will make your boring meetings more fun. Or your boring cues in the line more fun. Instead of being impatient, play with the Light. See if you can shift people…rather, see if what you are doing with the Light is accepted by others and they shift. You cannot directly shift others, but you may be amazed at how they shift as a result of your Light and Love vibration being sent to them. There is no limit to the Light/Love vibration that you carry. So because you are all pillars of Light there is no limit. And so you have a limitless supply. You can throw as much of it at others as you wish.

[Audience question: The fact that most Christians believe that you were a virgin...does that limit the amount of the ways in which you work in the world? Does that hold limitations for you?]

Mary: For me? No limitations for me. The only limitations are in the minds of the humans, and so if I am working through a human, I will work within their limitations. So I suppose I could answer "yes" or "no."

[Could you be more fully you in this realm?]

Mary: I suppose I could from that perspective, but that is not how is it necessary for me to be. It is more important to honor the humans' free will to choose and believe. And so it makes no difference to me how I am. You could say I am fully being my self now, because I am speaking of many things as I wish to speak of them. But again, it is for your highest good, for this group's highest good. I could speak of many things...many, many things. But only the things that you will understand are the things that are helpful.
