Channeling Transcript

So the first technique I would like to share with you is to help you open your third eye center - is to help you to activate your pineal gland, so you may sense more of what is here that you have been told is not. So you move your eyes together in the center and up toward where your eyebrows meet. This may hurt your eye muscles, but practice this, because it shifts your awareness immediately. This was something practiced by many ancient people. This is a physical thing that can help you with spiritual things. Now spiritual evolution is most important. Psychic tricks are not important - not as important as the spiritual evolution. But psychic awareness can help lead you toward that, as long as you do not stop there. Many can perform psychic tricks, but also can reveal information with their psychic awareness...can do many things. But does this help you with your spiritual evolution? In the beginning it does, because it helps you to realize there is more beyond the third dimensional plane. Just remember what you are using it for.

The next technique is to move your awarness to the center of your brain - the center of your head. See if you can feel a shift in your energy when you do this. These are very simple things, and yet powerful. Many people believe they try to meditate. If you can focus on this point in the center of your head, you shall have a powerful meditation - if you can maintain your focus. If you cannot maintain your focus, do you give up? Or do you realize that you did not walk the first time either? And you keep practicing. It is just a practice. Awareness can be just like a muscle. You did not have the large muscle the first time you did the bicep curl. But you kept practicing and doing more. Many of you think you are too busy to do these practices. But when you leave this body, none of this busyness will matter. All that will matter is your spiritual evolution and what you have attained. How can you not make time for these things?

One more bit of awareness for you - one more technique. With your right hand and your middle finger, you place in on your thymus. Tilt your head downward, and focus on the area just above the back of your neck. You have an energy center back here in which you can receive information. Some have acknowledged this chakra. Many Angels choose to speak through this center. And yet if you are not aware of it, it is more difficult to receive the information.

Now I shall speak about the feminine energy, because that is part of what I represent - at least in the history of human culture. Why is so much attention paid to the feminine energy - at least in the writings that you are receiving and in the channelings that you hear? I am not trying to say that it is important to move away from the masculine energy, but you have plenty of it, and it is time for balance. Many of you know this, and you have been working on this - diligently. Continue to practice - focusing on your heart center in the easiest way. Operating from your heart center is the way to balance this energy...to bring this energy into your experience...to shift your energy throughout your body and your fields (I am giving you many different definitions of the same thing). Again, why is this important? You know that balance is important. You cannot walk on one leg all day long - successfully or efficiently. But the balance of both is much more desirable. So why would you express one more than the other? I could list examples all night long of what it means to be balanced. But know that it is a balance of expression and receptivity. It is a balance of creative expression and action taken. Some of this is confusing, but if you are sensitive in your heart to the way that others feel, to love, to things that perhaps you were taught were "whimpy"...if you will allow yourself to be weak if you are feeling weak...it is more about being who you really are than acting like you are someone stronger, more powerful. Because true strength is silent, it does not boast. True strength need not have a mask. It just is. And it is found with balance. It is and it is not, but each individual experiences this individually. So ponder these things, and see if you are trying to force to much, or see if you are trying to allow too much. Because you are taught so much about allowing these days, and yet if you are sitting on your couch simply allowing all day long, perhaps nothing will occur. Balance of action and allowing.
