My appearance that you normally see is one that was translated by enlightened ones in ancient times - ones who were able to translate my energy in to a form - a form from another place, that is. And yet I cannot name one place...yes, I am associate with Sirius, yes, I am associated with the Great White Brotherhood, and many of the races that are named when speaking of the seeding of this planet, the creation of the human race. That is not what is important. Because while history is interesting, it is not critical. What is critical is your evolution now - this moment and forward. So I will speak to you of now. Ancient times you can research, you can learn all about them. You can read the Egyptian Book of the Dead and you can learn many things about what was believed at the time. And many of these thing are obsolete with regard to your current belief system. It is said that your soul would be weighed against a feather to see how lightened you were - to see how light you were. And if you had done poorly or had created havoc, you would be sent to a bad place. Perhaps this is true, but not for everyone. Because when you leave this place, when you leave this physical body, it will be what you create it to be. Perhaps you have heard this. This is the place that I speak of, but it is a multi-dimensional place. It is a place with much power. It is a place where all is possible. Which sounds very much like this place where you are existing now - this reality. You are told that this reality is illusion. Do you believe this? What does illusion mean to you? Is illusion tangible? And if so, is your reality tangible? Illusion means that it is not truth for most, correct? Illusion. So, I cannot say whether or not your reality is illusion. It is and it is not. Because from one perspective it is not real. And from your perspective it is very real. So is it illusion? There is not one answer. And that is another thing that I want to stress tonight - that there is not one answer for most things beyond this place. And there is not one answer for many things in this space of third dimension.
The Underworld. What images do you see in your mind when I say this word "Underworld." This is terminology. And I could speak for hours about tangible versus intangible, but I will not, because we will only run in circles with this one, because there is no absolute. There is no absolute - think of this - ponder this - there is no absolute anything, especially you. Always changing, always morphing, always evolving. And even those who do not appear to be evolving - they are evolving. Perhaps at a slower pace or in a different way. Perhaps in this lifetime it is their eighth dimension of their Self that is evolving and not their third dimensional self. You do not know. So it is so important to not judge others, but especially not to judge yourself or to compare yourself with another. You do not know the whole story about yourself or about another, or about why you are together in this lifetime, or about why you have a chance meeting with someone and then it is over. You do not know why. But you crave to know why. You are starting to know why, and if you could let go of the need to know why, so much more would be available to you. So much more would be introduced in your awareness. "Why"... If you could see the big picture of all of your lifetimes and all of the lifetimes of everyone else you would not have time for "why", nor would it be necessary.
Underworld. What is this place? Is it a place? I can say that from my perspective it is a place, a multi-dimensional place. But it is not below your feet, and it is not above your head. Although since we are speaking of linear space, it would be more likely above your head than below your feet. And yet it is thought of as this dark and viscious place. A place of damnation. And it is that. Is this what you expected me to say? But it is also a place of Light and Love and purity and purification and evolution. Evolution of the soul. So this place I will describe is another dimension. It is not another dimension of the third dimernsion, or not another density of the third dimension. It is its own place. And this is difficult to describe so that you will understand. You have thought of your third dimension and your fourth dimension occupying the same space, and it is almost as if it is another dimension with no number that occupies a space just beyond this space, and yet it is not the fifth [dimension]. For the purpose of this conversation, and for the purpose of utilizing different terminology than "Underworld' I will speak of it as the "in-between." Is it in-between fourth and fifth? Yes. Is it in-between third and fourth? Yes. Is it in-between fifth and tenth? Yes.
I am thinking of a diagram that perhaps would help. You think of your dimensions as horizontal planes moving upward. And while this is somewhat accurate, it is more that they are in circles. And so your third dimensional plane - let's say your planet Earth - is a sphere in the center and then you have encircling this sphere: your third and fourth occupying the same space, your fifth, then your sixth, then your seventh, and on and on and on, and the multi-dimensions of those, but I will not try to confuse you. But intersecting all of this is this in-between world. And so perhaps you visualize it as intersecting vertically. But if it is, what if you turn your head? Then it is horizontally. Perhaps it is neither, because there is no linear space beyond here. But for the purpose of your understanding imagine these...it is actually spheres within spheres, your third dimensional and fourth dimensional planes being in the very center - your planet Earth. And even though it is not exactly like this, I hope this is helpful. Intersecting all this is a plane - not spherical; we will visualize it today as a flat plane. And this plane...for the purpose of simplicity, I will say three major dimensions of it...and so it intersects all of these dimensions. How can this be? I will do my best to explain. You exist on your third and fourth dimensional Earth, some of you in the fifth also...most of you in the fifth also. And so - do you have access to this Underworld while you are in the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions? You do. If it is intersecting, of course you do. It is intersecting right through the center of your planet. Does this mean it is under your feet? It is and it isn't. Because if it is intersecting all of the dimensions, it is above you, it is below you, it is beside you, yes? Hmmm...I am not sure that this visualization is understood and yet I have no better way of describing it with your linear time and space understanding. So we will go with this. It is here and available to you. But not available to your eyes while you are awake. It is available to you while you are sleeping. If you have traveled outside of your body, which you usually do while you are sleeping, but it is usually where you do not go, because its purpose is mostly for the in-between space between this reality - or existence, or life - and the next. It is involved with your linear space, and yet it is so much further beyond.
Now I will describe what may happen when you leave your physical body permanently here and are reborn. You leave your physical body and you imagine you are going into the Light, and you are - or the Light is presented to you. Perhaps you do not go into it. Perhaps you remain here as many do. And that is not the best place to be, but if that is what you choose, that is what you choose. It is not wrong, it is just not helping your Soul to evolve. So the Underworld is a place that gives you an opportunity. It is the next place you go. It is the "waiting room" so to speak, before you move on into the next plane. And then...I could spend hours on all of the next planes. Many remain on the astral plane - on the fourth dimension - if they remain here - which is the same as remaining in the third dimension in spirit/without body. The Underworld is your waiting room. What do you do in this waiting room? Do you read a magazine? If you do, it is about your life - the lifetime that you just lived. Perhaps you go to the bathroom and you look into the mirror and you see who you really are - or are you still holding on to who you really were...or who you thought you were? Many opportunities here, and many helpers. I was known as the guardian of this plane, and so you can imagine this is a very large job if it were just myself. And yet I represent a large group of guardians. Why would it need a guardian? Because beings on the astral plane have access just like you do, just like the seventh dimension beings and on from there - all dimensions, all beings. And there is a certain amount of order that needs to be kept, certain rules; and as you can imagine, because the Underworld - or this in-between plane - also is a dual space. You can imagine that there are those who wish to vandalize it. It is a dual space. And if you were to see it, it would mostly be dark. How is it you can find Light in the dark? You cannot recognize Light unless you recognize its opposite. This is why you cannot learn a lesson in this lifetime unless you have perhaps experienced it in a way that was so dramatic that you paid attention. You do not know what love is unless you know its opposite. You do not know peace unless you know its opposite. So many of you are running from these negative things - hate and fear. And yes, you are here to overcome those things. But embrace these things because they give you your contrast. You came here to experience all you could experience in its intensity. Very few places in the Universe can you experience intense emotions such as here. It's funny how you do not wish to be in pain, you do not wish to be unhappy or depressed. And yet you crave your news media. You want to see the one that was murdered. You want to see the one who murdered. You want to see the films that show violence and hatred. It is not you who wants to see these things. It is your ego self that craves these things and yet without your ego craving these things you would not have the contrast in order to understand or to experience the positive things. I am not saying you should go out and murder someone just so you will know its opposite. I am saying that the things that are presented to you are opportunities. Everything is an opportunity. And most humans, when they reach that point where their life is bliss, they think it is too good to be true ane they sabotage it. Fascinating, isn't it - if you were to step back and watch this process?
So - the Underworld or the place in-between - the plane in-between - you have the opportunity to choose how you look at yourself and your life. And when you do this after you die, as you say - after you are reborn - what will you choose to perceive? Because I can tell you that the things that you beat yourself up about, criticize yourself about, punish yourself about, will be magnified here. But the things that you think are wonderful about yourself...and I am not speaking about ego/conceit - I am speaking about your truths about yourself. I am speaking about the positive truths at this point - how you see yourself as perhaps you do, an omnipotent being, an aspect of All That Is. If you see these wonderful characteristics in yourself, those will be magnified also. Why are they magnified? So that you can choose the contrast. So that you can evolve . And there are many choices here, which I will not go into, but some of them are: choosing the blueprint for the next incarnation (and in doing so you choose lessons you wish to learn, karma you wish to resolve - I am using your terminology "karma" - just a balancing of energy. It is always about balance). How is it that you are here balancing something from another time? You may not know for sure. And so you need to trust that this is occurring, because it IS occurring. If you are having a difficult time here, it is not because you have done something wrong. You have chosen this. Maybe you did something very right and now it is time to balance that out. You will not know.
The most important thing to understand is that you must strive to put yourself in a space - or state of being where you are truly being authentically you. Your society defines what is appropriate is what is not appropriate for this lifetime - this reality, this society. And your behavior ought to be authentically you, not what is deemed appropriate. But when you think about "authentically you": not authentically your personality, authentically your soul. And that may be difficult for you to differentiate for right now. It is difficult to know which is which. But if you are operating from fear, that is not your authentic self. If you are afraid what others will think, if you are afraid how others will respond, or judge you, you are not authentically you. If you are authentically you - it is not that you are not interested in what others think, it is that you know it matters not. Your true friends are always your true friends, no matter your behavior. So this is something you need to figure out for yourself because it is unique to each person - the ego and true self ratios, as they vary from moment to moment. And you are in dual space, so you cannot shed one or the other; one can certainly be in control of the other. It is not likely that if you are being your authentic self that you would hurt someone else or offend someone else, but it happens, and you cannot worry about it.
Back to the Underworld. Many helpers in this place. As I mentioned before, all of the qualities that you see in yourself will be magnified. And there will be beings there to assist you in moving beyond that which is unpleasant or undesireable, and assist you in moving to the next place. I am going to keep this simple, as it is not - it is very complicated. But for your purposes and the purpose of this conversation...these beings are from everywhere. They are all kinds of beings: Angelic, demonic, nature spirits (some of them are here), many beings without form, many extraterrestrial beings as you call them (although we are all just beings. Try to let go of your definitions more). But know that there are Light beings and dark beings in this place. So is your only access to this in-between plane when you die or shed your physical body? It is not. You have access to this place now - if you truly want the magnification of the duality within yourself. You can work through many issues in this place. You can also become very frightened. Many have had bad experiences of the Underworld. Many have had wonderful experiences, and did not even realize that's where they were. So how will you know where it is located? And how do you get there if you so desire? "Soul retrieval" is something that is spoken of, and can be accomplished through this place. But you can also accomplish many things in your physical body here. It is not necessary for the intensity, but is is there and available to you. This one [Cindy] has been there, and her experience was frightening. But there was a purpose for it, even though she still does not know what that purpose was. And I will not tell her. I am not at liberty to reveal that information. But it was monitored and she was safe. You are always safe if you travel to this place, even though it may not appear safe at times.
So now I wish to talk about your physical body and the importance of groundedness in it. It has been described that the Underworld is above the human world, being that it is under the next place - "heaven" perhaps you call it, or the "afterlife" or the "other side". But it is not really below, it is between. It is just between. Try not to assign a hierarchy, because that is not entirely fair. So the physical body - a critical vehicle for your transformation process. It could be called your own space in-between heaven and Earth. It is like your body is a mirror of the Underworld itself. What you experience through this physical body, whether it is pain - physical or emotional - whether it is challenge, what you decide to put it through, how you decide to challenge it; all of these things are part of your growth process. What you put in it is a frequency. Everything you put in the physical body is a frequency. Everything you come in contact with is a frequency. What frequency do you want to vibrate? Because your food becomes part of that vibration. Your drink becomes part of that vibration. That which you are wearing becomes part of your vibration. That which you are holding, that which you behold with your eyes and your ears and all of your senses becomes part of you. The Underworld is a bridge between this reality - or the lower realities - and the higher vibrational frequencies. And yet it is a bridge between all frequencies. It is the current perhaps that all are plugged into. It is the extension cord between the device - you - and the power source. But so is your physical body...the extension cord. How do you treat an extension cord? It has a crack - do you tape it? It has a kink - do you mend it properly or do you keep using it hoping it will continue to work properly when its integrity is being challenged? How can you stay plugged into the device and into the Source? Because if you are plugged into only one - either focused only on the physical or focused only on the Source - you are out of balance. So what I'm saying is that the Underworld is not a place that you must strive to find, because you have a perfect example of it right here here you are sitting - your physical body. So much is focused on "above you", but as above, so below. And we have talked about balance - you know that balance is necessary, you know that it is important, and yet you strive to leave the body, you want to have these ecstatic experiences, you want to avoid pain, you want to find this blissful state, which you can find...and yet this is out of balance. If you were meant to be in a blissful state outside of your body, you would not be living here in a human body. You have chosen to be here so that you will 'get it' - so you will understand "as above, so below." I do not mean below your feet in the ground - or do I? Because your Earth's core is a source of power - unlimited source of power. And things that you experience through the physical vehicle are much more powerful that things you experience outside of the physical vehicle. And there are many reasons for this. The repatterning of your DNA codes...you cannot repattern your codes if you are not whole. You must be whole: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - all of these things at once. Whole. Not just spiritual. Not just mental. Many begin a spiritual path and it becomes very much spiritual, mental and emotional. But what of the physical? These all must be in balance. And it is not expected for you to do this perfectly every day, but that you intend it for yourself as a balance. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, this sounds like a lot of work. And it can be, depending on what you're doing to block your progress. Depending on what you believe is not possible about yourself and your life. This one [Cindy] shared with you some information I gave her last evening - that your fears hold you back. And I want to differentiate between fear and perceived negative experience - these are different things. Fear is something that you are afraid of before it has happened. A perceived negative experience, like the death of a loved one before your eyes, or the intense situation that has an undesirable outcome...these are perceived negative experiences. And they are unpleasant because they are not what you would choose, or what you THINK you would choose, although you have chosen it. So what you perceive as unpleasant is a gift always, so that you will understand its opposite.
The other part of my presence here tonight is to assist you with an activation or an energy transmission, however you wish to think of it, and we'll get to that in a little bit. Each person individually receiving the activation. In ancient Egyptian times, the part of your Self that was your Spirit (as you call it now) - your life force, was called Ka. Perhaps you call it Chi or Ki or Prana or life force energy. I shall call it Ka, as I am associated with that verbiage. And so you will understand a different terminology and perhaps it will be fun to use a different terminology. Do not stick with the terminology that you seem to use all of the time. Be open to different terminology, because it has been called something different throughout the ages; but it is all the same thing. So what is the purpose of all of this dialogue? An introduction to the Underworld. A place you have access to if you so choose, if you are ready for its intensity. And yes, it can be intensely wonderful, and beautiful, and full of Light and Love. But it can be intensely unpleasant. It depends on where you are in your development and what it is you are willing to face and release.
So I have not described how to get there, have I? Nor have I described everything about it - because I do not have time. But how to get there if you so choose - and I would recommend that you have a guide accompany you - your own guide or an Angel (your own Angel or an Archangel); someone with which you feel safe, someone that you trust that you know is from the Light. And do not worry if you ask them to accompany you and to stay with you, they will if they are from the Light. But this does not change your experience here. Again, it is different than the astral plane where you travel when you are sleeping. It is a place that...I am not certain how to tell EVERYONE how to get there, because everyone accesses it in a different way. I'm going to active an access point on the back of your head this evening, and yet this is to assist you with further awakening and activation of your Ka so that it can travel - not just to the Underworld, but to other magnificent places as well, other dimensions.
Always protect yourself when you wish to travel. I do not wish to elaborate on that, but it is critical. But this [activation] helps to not only activate your pineal gland, which helps you become more aware on every level, but it [also] helps your energy to flow in a more balanced fashion. So many of you imagine that your energy always has to move up, up, up, and it does. But it also has to move down, and today it moves down, down to connect you with the wisdom and the power and the knowledge of your planet, which is an alive, conscious being. And that being will speak through this one very soon, because it is a consciousness. It will have many things to reveal.
So many of you work on raising your "kundalini" as you call it. Raising energy up, up toward your crown and above your crown, and this is very important. But do not forget to move it also down, down to your Earth's core. If you can connect yourself like that extension cord to your Earth's core and to the Central Sun - or the Creator - you shall be balanced, you shall be awakened, and you shall be evolving quickly. What if you did this every day? You can't even imagine what would open up for you if you did this every day. How do you do this? Simply with your intention and your imagination. Perhaps you start at your heart center/the energy in your heart center/your heart "chakra" - and you move it either up or down first, connecting with whichever you like first, because it matters not, because it is all about balance. Perhaps you move your energy up, up, up as far as you can imagine until you reach that place of pure Light and Love, creator itself, Central Sun, whatever you wish to call it - center of the Universe - bright. You connect your energy to that. Can you imagine this? Can you extend your energy that far? And once you have done so, bring your awareness back to your heart and move it down, down, down, down to your Earth's core, connecting it with your Earth's core, plugging it in. Plugging yourself in at both ends. What happens now? The device - your body - runs smoothly, and your experiences that you have in the physical body become lighter, more enlightened, purified.
I still have not told you how to get to the Underworld. I am pondering this myself...the best way to describe it to you......and this is how I will describe it. I would recommend you do this connection exercise first. You can do this consciously. Perhaps you do this with the intention of entering the Underworld. And with the accompaniment of your guide or whomever you have decided to accompany you. You plug yourself in to the Source of Power on both ends...two sources of power. Two very differnt types of power, but both very powerful and both very life-giving, evolving types of power...plug yourself in at both ends and then imagine a plane of existence, such as if you are in a [dance] club and one of the laser lights intersects you horizontally. Can you visualize this? This horizontal plane. So it is intersecting you in the other direction, through your heart center. And then you rotate this plane until it aligns with the Central Sun and the Earth's core - vertically. It seems very simple, and yet if you intend to enter this place, you shall enter it with this visualization. Do this very, very carefully. Be sure you wish to go here. So say you do this visualization and nothing happens. What then? You keep practicing. Or what I recommend is that you do this before you go to sleep, and after you have placed your protection around you and asked for the assiatance of your guide. Because the conscious mind will have a difficult time entering the Underworld in the beta an even the alpha brainwave states. So it is a little risky, I guess. It is risky to say "I am entering the Underworld and then I am going to sleep." And yet it it risky every time you go to sleep if you have not placed protection on yourself. You do not know where you wil travel, because you cannot be conscious. The Underworld is not a place for the conscious mind. It is a place for the unconscious mind. It cannot be understood fully with the conscious mind. You CAN travel there with the conscious mind...you will not receive the experience that you desire, I am fairly certain. Does anyone have a question at this point?
[Audience question] "Will you remember what you experience?"
Anubis: Ah yes...very good question. Thank you. I cannot say whether you will or not. You may and you may not, It is different for each person, and different for each visit there. This one [Cindy] has traveled there many times, but remembers only one. If you are intending to go there, you may also intend to remember, and ask for assistance in remembering. Some of you have traveled to this place unconsciously and do not remember. Some of you do remember.
[Audience question] "If it is not remembered, is it beneficial?"
Anubis: Yes - always beneficial.
[Audience question] "If you don't remember, then what is the purpose?"
Anubis: Another good question. The purpose is to repattern your energies, and some of this occurs on the multi-dimensions of yourself that you cannot understand anyway. But if you go and you do remember, it will be very profound for you
[Audience question] "How do you go about placing protection on yourself?"
Anubis: Many ways...the way that you devise is the most powerful. Some visualize an egg of Light - white Light - around their entire body and fields. Some ask for protection from an ascended Master or an Angel. I would have to say that the protection that you create and place there yourself is most powerful - more powerful that asking another to do it for you, because you have more power than any other being outside of you.
[Audience question] "Is this similar to a near-death experience?"
Anubis: It can be, yes.
[Audience question] "Isn't that where you go during a near-death experience?"
Anubis: Yes, it is. If it is not a near-death experience, it can be similar. I am glad you asked that question. It all depends on what you are ready to release, or ready to see about yourself, and this you cannot control, because you are not conscious of what you are ready to process.
[Audience question] "How is that decided?"
Anubis: It is decided by your Divine Self.
[Audience question] "What if you don't know who your spirit guide is?"
Anubis: Then you call on another one that is familiar, such as an Archangel.
[Audience question] "Can I ask for your protection/guidance?"
Anubis: Of course.
[Audience question] "What would be some other reasons to go [to the Underworld]?"
Anubis: Rapid evolution. Rapid resolution of issues, shedding of the old. Repatterning of your codes. All of these things that you wish for, and yet the process seems so unpleasant - or there's fear of change. It is funny how we (I will include myself, and yet I'm speaking of humans) want something so badly, and yet are not willing to accept it how it is meant to be for us. We wish to control it. We wish to change and yet we want it to look a certain way where we are done. And that is usually not the way it ends up being.
[Audience question] "Aren't we in a free will zone though?"
Anubis:You are.
[Audience question] "And doesn't law of attraction govern all things?"
Anubis: "Law of attraction" is true and yet it is vibration that attracts vibration. Not thought that attracts a certain thing...although it can happen...you can force this into being. But you usually pay later for using force. Law of attraction governs energy, yes. But it is more about attracting frequency than it is attracting things. And the free will part of your question I will answer in saying that yes, you choose how you perceive your experience of what is occurring, but you don't always choose what occurs. Sometimes you do, but this is different for each person. The problem is that I cannot say yes or no for either [question] because it is different from moment to moment. And this is the part that you need to understand the most: that nothing is absolute. I am always evolving, and so are you. You can speak of this "law of attraction", and it is true and it is not true, which is why you will see that it works for some people and it does not work for others, which is why nothing seems to be an exact science. Always changing. I am sorry I cannot say yes or no. And each person's free will varies as well, because each person has a blueprint that they have designed in conjunction with the Creator - or their Divine Self - with certain criteria, certain things that will occur, and quite a bit of room for free will choice. But each one is different, so I cannot say "every human has 50% free will" or "every human has 100% free will" because it is not that way. Each person has a different percentage from moment to moment. It is so very complicated - more complicated than any computer program that you have; but Divine. All is Divine.
[Audience question] "Is this place [Underworld] the same place you tap into in Transcendental Meditation?
Anubis: I am looking at this "Transcendental Meditation"...I would say that most of the time it is not. Transcendental Meditation taps into different dimensions of the Self. It can tap into also the fifth dimension, the sixth dimension, and beyond. But I do not see that it typically taps into this Underworld plane, because it is an in-between place intended for the place in-between this life and the next; or the near-death experience.
[Audience question] "Is there ever an instance where somebody gets stuck in this place?"
Anubis: Stuck...while they are in human form?
[Audience response] "When they leave human form and they transition to..."
Anubis: Certainly - they can become stuck.
[Audience question] "Is that perceived as a positive experience?"
Anubis: It depends on what they expect it to be. If they are stuck and it is perceived as positive, they still can become stuck, but not likely, because there are so many helpers, so many to assist. If they are stuck and it is a negative experience, this is what you call "hell." But now that you know this information, it is not likely that it will happen to you. It is not likely that it will happen to you anyway. It is very rare that one becomes stuck. Most likely, a spirit would become stuck on THIS plane, not in the place in-between.
[Audience question] "You called the place in-between a 'waiting room'...it almost sounds more like a 'training' room.
Anubis: It can be. Yes, indeed. It is like a "holo-deck" where it is whatever you need it to be for your growth.
[Audience question] "So it shouldn't be scary?"
Anubis: "Shouldn't"...what is "scary?"
[Audience response] "Probably unwanted, fearful."
Anubis: "Scary" is not tangible, It is an assessment with the mental body. You have just experienced Halloween. What is "scary?" [Chuckles]
[Audience question] "What would be the single-most [important] thing that we could do or practice on a daily basis to deal with our fear and uncertainty?"
Anubis: Plug yourself in - above and below. You need not visit the Underworld. Plug yourself in. And I am going to assist you with this today - to open your channels further so that you can more easily do this. So that when you do, your energies will more easily flow, and so that when you do you can repattern yourself without even thinking about it; and this is always for your benefit. And it only takes moments to do this. And how long does it last? The more you do it the longer it will last...about 8 hours to begin with. That's pretty long, considering how much you change from moment to moment. Or perhaps you will not change your frequency so much when you are plugged in.
I know a lot of this information is confusing. But know that because you have heard it, it has been assimilated on some level of your being - some to be understood now, some to be understood later, some to be understood on other levels of yourself. Just another piece for your puzzle is what I offer.
Now, I would like to begin the transmission of energy - the activation of your Ka.
